Here's a peak at April's monthly dinner party menu...

1st Course - Tuna Ceviche paired with a Mojito Shot

2nd Course - Scotch Bonnet Stewed Lamb Shank served on a Potato Risotto

3rd Course - Palette Cleanser - Ice Sorbet

4th Course
- Ginger Molasses served with a Shot of Espresso
