Last night we celebrated this beautiful season with Gourmet Picnic, a 4-course tasting menu devoted to some of our favorite summer treats.
Everyone brought a friend, or two, and a bottle of wine, or two, or three....Needless to say it was a great night.

We started the evening with some gourmet salad tasters. Our guests enjoyed Greek salad skewers and a pear and arugula salad served with cambozola cheese, pickled ginger and a balsamic reduction.
The next treat was our gourmet sandwich trio of a bite sized mini burger, tuna melt and asiago grilled cheese.
As a main course, we served a beautiful portobello burger, made purely of vegetables, feta, fresh herbs with a red wine reduction.
The meal was finished with our take on a gourmet ice cream sandwich- homemade waffles served with French vanilla ice cream, hazelnut spread and gooseberries.
