Red Cross Charitable Brunch
Happy New Year All! It's 2010 and Hidden Lounge is changing things up a little...for this months event Sunday, January 31st we will be hosting a four course brunch tasting menu at a secret location downtown and we are pleased to tell you that ALL of the proceeds from our event will be donated to Red Cross to help those in Haiti who are in desperate need of our help.

Brunch Tasting Menu
served with a mimosa to start!
First Course
Bacon & Eggs - Double smoked maple syrup pork belly with an egg served sunnyside up and sour dough toast
Second Course
Brioche French Toast - Berries and a ricotta and grand marnier mix stuffed into fresh brioche bread and baked in the oven
Third Course
Potato Tortilla - Eggs baked with layers of potatoes between caramelized onions and smoked trout and served with greens
Fourth Course
Chef's Choice

Here's a peak at this past Sunday's dinner party menu...
Starter
- Chacuterie plate – smoked meats and cured meats including sausage, procuitto, pork belly, marinated olives, sauerkraut and assorted cheese
Main
- Chai crusted smoke duck lasagna, layered beteween wonton wrappers, crispy leeks and wild mushrooms
Dessert
- Chocolate truffle cake topped with ice cream
- Cinnamon infused espresso and biscotti
